BUYER PROTECTION

What Happens If Something Goes Wrong

Two rules, both written into our refund policy.

Refund policy

You only pay for videos that finish

Automatic

Failed renders refund themselves

If a render fails because of a server error, model timeout or safety stop, its 100 credits return to your balance automatically, so you can make it again for free. No ticket needed.

Unused packs: refundable for 7 days

Bought a pack and rendered nothing from it? Email support@crazyfrog-ai.org within 7 days of purchase for a full refund to your original payment method. If a finished video is clearly broken through our fault — a corrupted file, or the two people in the wrong roles — we re-render it or refund its credits.

“Credits you have not spent stay in your balance and never expire.”

PRICING FAQ

Crazy Frog AI Pricing FAQ: Common Questions Before You Buy

Questions about credits, payment safety or export quality? Direct answers below.

How does Crazy Frog AI pricing work? Is it really a one-time purchase?

Yes. You buy a credit pack once: Starter ($8.99 for 100 credits, one video), Value ($24.99 for 500 credits, five videos) or Creator ($59.99 for 2,000 credits, twenty videos). Your card is charged once. There are no recurring fees and no renewals.

Do credits expire?

No. If you buy the Value pack today and render one video, the other four stay in your account until you use them.

Can I check my photos before paying?

Choosing your photos and the in-browser photo check are free and need no card. The check covers size, sharpness and lighting; face-count checks depend on browser support. Passing does not guarantee a good result. There is no free test render: a render costs 100 credits, returned automatically if it fails.

What happens if a render fails?

You never pay for a failed render. If it fails — a server error, a model timeout or a safety stop — the credits go back to your balance automatically and you can retry with the same photos or different ones.

Are the downloaded videos watermark-free? Do they include music?

Every paid video, on every pack, is a clean 1280×720 MP4 with no watermark and the Axel F trend sound. If TikTok mutes it when you post, add Axel F from its sound library.

Why is one video 14 seconds and 720p?

That is the length of the chase template and the one resolution we sell, so there is nothing to choose and the price is always the same: 100 credits per video.

Which pack should I buy?

One video is enough to try it with a friend. The Value pack ($5.00 a video) suits a group chat or a few different pairs. The Creator pack ($3.00 a video) is for meme pages and anyone posting a new chase every day.

Can I get a refund?

A pack you haven't rendered anything from can be refunded within 7 days. A finished video that is clearly broken through our fault is re-rendered or refunded. Credits spent on a good video are not refundable, and we can't refund taste: AI results vary with the photo.

Is my payment information safe?

Payments run on Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
