Terms of Service

These terms govern crazyfrog-ai.org. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, do not use it. Effective 15 October 2026. Contact: support@crazyfrog-ai.org.

1. What this is

Try Crazyfrog (crazyfrog-ai.org) is an independent, fan-made tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Crazy Frog, its creators or rights holders, the "Axel F" rights holders, TikTok, CapCut, or any other Crazy Frog AI website. Names, the song and the original music video belong to their owners.

2. The service

You upload a photo for the rider and, optionally, one for the chaser, and if you spend credits we render a 14-second, 16:9 video at 720p (1280×720) of the fixed chase template, with the rider replaced in the rider's shots and the chaser in the chaser's. With no chaser photo, and in shots both people share, the template's chaser stays. The length, resolution and scene are not chosen by you. The result is AI-generated and results vary — fast motion, hands in front of the face and side-on photos can show visible differences.

3. Packs and payment

Credit packs are one-time purchases: Starter (100 credits, $8.99), Value Pack (500 credits, $24.99), Creator Pack (2,000 credits, $59.99), in US dollars — or the same amounts in euros (€8.99, €24.99, €59.99) for customers in the euro area — paid through Stripe. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Credits do not expire. One video uses 100 credits. The packs are on the pricing page.

4. Failed renders and refunds

If a render fails, or is stopped by safety moderation, the credits are returned to your balance automatically. You can also ask for a refund of an unused pack within 7 days of purchase. A pack with any credits already spent on a render is not refundable except where the render was faulty on our side. The full rules are in the refund policy.

5. Your photos and your rights

You confirm that you are 18 or older, that each photo is of you or of an adult who has clearly consented, and that you have the right to upload it. You must not upload photos of minors, of public figures or celebrities, or of anyone without permission, or use the service to deceive, harass or impersonate anyone. We may refuse, remove or block any upload or video and close accounts that break these rules. See Responsible use.

6. Your video

You may use the finished video for personal, non-commercial purposes, including posting it to TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. We claim no ownership of your face or your photos. We cannot license the "Axel F" recording or any other music, which belong to others; nothing in these terms grants you rights in them. The video carries the "Axel F" trend sound for personal posts only; if a platform mutes it, add sound only through that platform's own licensed library. When you post AI-generated content, use the platform's AI label.

7. Retention

Photos and videos are deleted 24 hours after upload. Download what you want to keep. See the privacy policy.

8. No warranty, limited liability

The service is provided as is. We do not promise a particular likeness, uninterrupted availability or a specific render time. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before it.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Use after a change means you accept it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
